No, astrology can only tell you what future should you avoid, and what future you should strive for, to live a good life. An actual prediction of future is sometimes possible, but not desirable. The purpose of astrology is not to predict future, but to know how to create it as you need.
Your data are very imprecise but as for most of planets, I'd say you'll have a lot of work in the public, with people. A teacher perhaps? You have an awful lot of Sextile aspects between most of your planets. This is good, but not much, it's a potential talent for dealing with other people, fulfilling their needs and teaching them ideals, but this is not trine.
